Gustavsbergs Porslinsfabrik
Made in Sweden since 1825!
Our production is still in the same place as 1825. In the old brick building from 1937 by the harbor we are manufacturing the goods in the same way as it was done in 1960.
Craftmanship and intelligent hands forms, trims, shapes and assemblies our fantastic porcelain. At Gustavsberg we combine our heritage and experience with technology and art of today. Innovations and close collaborations with artists are an important part of our process, which has laid the foundation for our classic and iconic range. Our porcelain and stoneware are stamped with the well-known anchor stamp and the text "Made in Sweden".
Makoto Kagoshima MAJ
We are very proud to be able to present Makoto Kagoshima's latest decor for Gustavsberg, the MAJ decor - a breakfast service: Tea cup and saucer with a large plate. |
”Emotional Dinner” Limited Edition series by Liv Strömquist
Gustavsbergs Porslinsfabrik has now for the fifth time created a new Limited Edition series. |
Lisa Larson - SIXTENWe are very pleased to present the décor SIXTEN. The result of a fantastic collaboration with icon Lisa Larson. At the age of 92, she creates this stylish and austere, yet playful décor. The parts of the tableware are carefully selected to suit many situations and table settings in a contemporary way. |
SHE & HER Limited Edition by Ellen Von Unwerth
The limited boxes She & Her present 8 fantastic plates based on the work of Ellen Von Unwerth. She has reworked 8 pictures specific for our porcelain. |
White porcelainThe beautiful white porcelain. We have a wide range of bone china with plates in many sizes and shapes, coffee and teacups, bowls, mugs and jugs. It is dishwasher safe, microwave safe and very durable. |
Stig LindbergImaginative, artistic, playful, resourceful, modernist, ability to combine the spiritual and elegant with the practical! Many are the adjectives of one of Sweden's greatest and most popular designers. He has created our fine decors Adam & Eva, Aster, Berså, Prunus, Ribb and Trutur. |
NatureThe Nature series has a black, narrow, hand-painted border at the edge. The glaze is either uncoloured transparent so that the porcelain's own color shines through, Snow White, or the glaze has been given different color pigments. Blueberry Blue, Gooseberry Green, Lavender Blue, Rosehip Red, the colors match and can be combined to enhance any dish or mood. |
Sponge cake moldA delicious sponge cake mold, cast in stoneware and glazed with transparent, uncoloured glaze. Gustavsberg's porcelain factory logo is in relief on the side and the soft decorative arched shapes builds the characteristic form of a sponge cake. It is great to use and yet decorative. |
The factory shop
In our factory shop in Gustavsberg you will find nice second sorting at good prices. All porcelain that does not pass our fine sorting, we take down to our factory shop, which is located in the culturally and historically interesting changing rooms for the factory workers.
