Adam is designed by Stig Lindberg. He chose the cobalt blue hue precisely so that the blue dots will flow slightly and form irregular patterns and give each product its own unique appearance.

Adam was first produced between 1959 and 1974 and has been in new production since 2005.
All parts have been in bone porcelain since 2005.
